Location: Hyderabad
Workplace: Onsite
Employment Type: Full time
Job Function: Communications, PR & Community
Seniority: Sr. Manager level

Key Responsibilities

  • •Verify analog and mixed-signal circuits through full-chip mixed-signal simulation and correlation across analog subsystems, logic, and FW algorithms.
  • •Generate schematic/behavioral models for blocks to enable feasible and efficient FC simulation.
  • •Run device-level electrical rule checks (e.g., SOA, snapback, SFB) and perform static/dynamic simulations to identify leakage paths and coupling issues.
  • •Perform SPF extraction and fanout and execute power cycling simulations for PL and brownout events.
  • •Develop and support verification planning via datasheet review/generation and collaborate with cross-functional groups to improve manufacturing outcomes and reliability.

Key Requirements

  • •Understanding of MOS device physics, including second-order effects.
  • •Basic knowledge of analog circuits such as CM, BGR, op-amp, regulators, ADC, DAC, and charge pumps.
  • •Familiarity with shell and Perl/Python scripts, and using tools such as Virtuoso, Hspice, XA, and cosim.
  • •Experience with HDLs, including Verilog/SystemVerilog and Verilog-A/AMS for verification.
  • •Ability to debug complex workflows and apply AI-assisted (vibe) coding techniques to automate tools and improve efficiency.
