Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist metallurgical engineering projects in the Process Development Metallurgy section of the Quality Department.
  • •Collaborate with a cross-functional team spanning manufacturing units, process engineering, research/labs, central engineering, IT/automated systems, and supply chain.
  • •Contribute to a main project focused on either developing a new product or improving an existing product capability.
  • •Support trial/experiment design and implementation, including analytical analysis and establishing process controls.
  • •Present and communicate results, including translating customer requirements into critical process variables.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be pursuing a degree in Materials Science or Metallurgy.
