Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with senior business and IT stakeholders to evaluate technical products and solution options.
  • •Partner with architects to define interim and target-state solutions aligned with strategic architecture for the department.
  • •Guide developers in implementing secure, containerized, best-of-breed technical solutions using agreed designs and industry-standard development practices (CI and automated testing).
  • •Guide product owners and engineers in implementing data solutions aligned with agreed data architecture, modeling, and bank-wide data patterns and methodologies.
  • •Participate in production support and production incident management as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong KYC and CDD process domain knowledge.
  • •Strong knowledge of application-level security and infrastructure design patterns, including containerisation design.
  • •Experience in ReactJS and Java server-side development, with ability to write and document REST APIs and work with microservice architecture.
  • •Strong knowledge of database schema design with SQL and relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
  • •Ability to document and use architecture tooling such as Visual Paradigm and Bizz Design; familiarity with Google or AWS Cloud and security architecture.
