Job Summary

Build trusted relationships with customers by meeting in person, by appointment, and virtually, using a digital-first approach to understand banking needs. Educate clients on deposit and loan products, recommend solutions aligned to customer goals, and manage customer and account information. Originates and closes consumer loans and opens and/or closes branch accounts, while adapting to branch and retail policy requirements across multiple role levels.

•Engage customers via in-person, by-appointment, and virtual channels to provide banking counsel
•Assess customer banking needs, obtain and process customer/account information, and recommend deposit and loan products
•Educate clients on available retail products and services using a digital-first mindset
•Originating and closing consumer loans and opening accounts (including opening/closing the branch)
•Complete required NMLS registration process subject to criminal background and credit checks
