Support the Store Management Team by driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer service in an auto salvage yard retail environment. Serve as an in-store resource for automotive parts identification, compatibility questions, and system-level product concerns. Lead daily team priorities, provide hands-on training and technical mentorship, and help maintain safety, compliance, cash-handling procedures, and a positive, solutions-focused customer experience during high-traffic periods.
