Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide accurate cost advice and reporting to clients.
  • •Deliver cost management services and professional assignments, ensuring outputs are accurate and timely.
  • •Maintain communication with clients and internal managers to ensure information availability and efficient financial control.
  • •Prepare cost estimates across design stages and monitor final cost estimates.
  • •Review, negotiate, and prepare claim settlements and Final Accounts with supporting documentation, including tender and contract bills of quantities.

Key Requirements

  • •BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or a Contracts-related field.
  • •Minimum 5+ years of working experience in cost management/cost estimating.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office with expert Excel skills.
  • •Measurement expertise with CostX as a superuser.
  • •Strong understanding of construction costs, including UAE and KSA.
