Key Responsibilities

  • •Promote and enforce a safe working culture, partnering with safety and field personnel to minimize risk and improve safety.
  • •Serve as project manager by setting objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within corporate policy.
  • •Monitor/control construction work through superintendents to ensure projects are built on schedule and within budget, including corrective actions when needed.
  • •Recognize and negotiate change orders and develop/maintain the operational backlog.
