Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead/support social value delivery across multiple infrastructure projects.
  • •Create social value action plans, coordinate, and deliver social value initiatives.
  • •Develop monitoring and evaluation frameworks so clients can track performance against social value targets.
  • •Produce client-ready social value reports using established monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
  • •Manage day-to-day client relationships and support work-winning opportunities, including preparing proposals.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in a consultancy or client organisation focused on social value work.
  • •Knowledge of the implications of the Public Sector Services Act 2012, PPN 001 & PPN002, and related legislation for planning, major infrastructure and urban regeneration.
  • •Experience writing social value tender submissions and supporting work winning activities.
  • •Experience engaging with partners/stakeholders (e.g., employment/educational organisations, social enterprises, charities) to develop and maximize social value outcomes.
  • •Strong data analysis, management and presentation skills, with strong Excel skills; Social Value Portal TOMs System and THRIVE experience is an advantage.
