Head of Planning & Logistics

The role leads the planning and logistics function for Thales UK, overseeing demand forecasting, master production planning, inventory management, and distribution. You will partner with procurement, manufacturing, and operations to ensure on-time delivery, optimize inventory, and reduce costs. You’ll build and lead a high-performing team, implement planning tools and processes, and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.
