Key Responsibilities

  • •Interpret and own product-level regulatory requirements, determining applicability by product, geography, and end-market
  • •Partner with Engineering and Product Management to ensure products are designed to meet applicable compliance requirements throughout changes and lifecycle activities
  • •Lead compliance risk assessments and mitigation plans for new products and product changes
  • •Define and manage supplier compliance requirements, including validation and maintenance of supplier declarations and support for compliant manufacturing and traceability
  • •Serve as the primary compliance interface for customer audits, certifications, regulatory inquiries, and support Sales/Program Management with compliance responses and follow-up actions

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • •5+ years of direct experience with product compliance for embedded hardware appliance
  • •10+ years overall experience in product compliance, regulatory affairs, or quality in a hardware or technology manufacturing environment
  • •Strong working knowledge of global product regulatory frameworks (e.g., RoHS, REACH, PFOA/PFOS, CRA, CE, FCC, IEC/UL standards)
  • •Experience working with global suppliers and contract manufacturers
