Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and retain an existing Motor Fleet portfolio by delivering timely, accurate, and profitable renewal terms.
  • •Build and maintain broker relationships through effective negotiation and excellent customer service.
  • •Handle mid-term adjustments, policy amendments, and renewal activity in line with underwriting authority.
  • •Ensure underwriting decisions align with risk appetite, pricing strategy, and portfolio objectives.
  • •Check, issue, and manage policy documentation accurately and within agreed service levels.
