Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the model launch calendar, sequencing, and timing across a broad portfolio of releases.
  • •Own the plan of record for each launch, including deliverables, owners, dependencies, and deadlines, surfacing risks early.
  • •Partner with legal, policy, research, and communications to manage review paths so reviews occur in the right sequence against planned dates.
  • •Drive launch-day execution, including sequencing, timing, access, and operational readiness of everything going live together.
  • •Develop and improve launch processes, playbooks, operational frameworks, and run launch retrospectives and recurring product communications.

Key Requirements

  • •Have owned launch or release operations end to end and been accountable for launches landing on time and in good shape.
  • •Have built or substantially improved a launch or release process.
