Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and mentor a cross-functional team (~40 engineers) including software, staff, QA, DevOps, and release managers.
  • •Define and execute the end-to-end engineering technical vision and roadmap, driving innovation and technical excellence.
  • •Own the full software delivery lifecycle: requirements to deployment and maintenance, ensuring seamless integration across components and third-party services.
  • •Drive integration/test strategy, release integration & validation, system observability/diagnostics, failure injection, resilience testing, and performance/scalability validation.
  • •Establish engineering standards and quality metrics; implement automation, monitoring/observability, and post-mortems/retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years in software engineering with at least 10 years in a leadership role (e.g., Engineering Manager, Director of Engineering).
  • •Deep understanding of modern software architectures, especially Kubernetes, microservices, and cloud-native/event-driven systems.
  • •Hands-on programming experience with languages such as Golang, Python, C, and/or Rust, plus DevOps tools and GitOps processes.
  • •Background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible).
  • •Experience managing large, cross-functional engineering teams and driving Agile/DevOps practices (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe).
