Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide warm, professional guest service: greet guests, seat and support guests, present menus, take accurate orders, and ensure timely, accurate delivery.
  • •Complete daily outlet operations including mise-en-place, station setup, cleanliness and stocking, table service tasks, and coordination with kitchen and bar.
  • •Operate the POS correctly (open checks, input and modify orders, apply table numbers, close bills) and follow procedures for presenting and processing bills.
  • •Maintain product knowledge of menus, specials, promotions, and beverages, and recommend items and alternatives for guest dietary requirements.
  • •Uphold hygiene and safety standards, apply suggestive selling/upselling to maximize revenue, and maintain brand standards including grooming and a calm professional approach.

Key Requirements

  • •High school education or equivalent.
  • •Professional appearance with high standards of hygiene.
  • •Previous experience in a reputable hotel/restaurant environment (preferred).
  • •Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
  • •Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
