Key Responsibilities

•Provide warm, professional guest service: greet guests, seat and support guests, present menus, take accurate orders, and ensure timely, accurate delivery.
•Complete daily outlet operations including mise-en-place, station setup, cleanliness and stocking, table service tasks, and coordination with kitchen and bar.
•Operate the POS correctly (open checks, input and modify orders, apply table numbers, close bills) and follow procedures for presenting and processing bills.
•Maintain product knowledge of menus, specials, promotions, and beverages, and recommend items and alternatives for guest dietary requirements.
•Uphold hygiene and safety standards, apply suggestive selling/upselling to maximize revenue, and maintain brand standards including grooming and a calm professional approach.

Key Requirements

•High school education or equivalent.
•Professional appearance with high standards of hygiene.
•Previous experience in a reputable hotel/restaurant environment (preferred).
•Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
•Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
