Job Summary

Own the measurement, optimization, and data intelligence layer for an AI-native omnichannel advertising platform built for SMBs and agencies. Define the measurement vision, build an optimization engine that acts on performance signals, and govern the data stack that powers intelligence across the platform. Partner with ML and data science teams to shape AI-first experiences, evaluate measurement partnerships, and drive architectural decisions as a senior product leader across product and engineering.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and own the measurement vision for attributing and communicating advertiser performance across channels, campaign types, and verticals.
•Build and own the optimization engine that surfaces recommendations and enables automated adjustments based on performance data.
•Own the Accelerate data stack as a data product owner, governing how data is captured, structured, enriched, and made accessible across modules.
•Shape AI-first measurement and optimization experiences, including anomaly detection, cross-channel attribution, and AI-driven budget guidance.
•Evaluate and drive measurement and data partnerships while partnering across product and engineering to deliver coherent data flows and architecture decisions.

Key Requirements

•10+ years in ad tech with substantive depth in measurement, data, or optimization, building systems that connect advertising investment to business outcomes at meaningful scale.
•Strong point of view on attribution methods, error, and how to evolve attribution strategy as the platform matures.
•Cross-channel optimization expertise including bidding, delivery pacing, and automated recommendations, with clear understanding of signals, constraints, and user-facing product design.
•Data architecture fluency: how data moves from event capture through transformation, enrichment, and consumption; experience owning a data product/model in complex ad tech environments.
•Technical depth across the programmatic stack and AI-native product thinking, including shipping AI-powered capabilities with a focus on user trust and variability in model outputs.
