Job Summary

Own APAC reporting consolidation and the regional “one version of truth,” aligning KPIs and definitions across commercial, finance, claims, and policy management. Act as Product Owner for the DataHub and MicroStrategy reporting layer—driving roadmaps, backlog, and sprint planning—while leading governance, data standards, and quality improvements. Drive adoption of DataHub dashboards over manual reporting, define success metrics, and train APAC super users over a 24-month contract.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and govern “one version of truth” for APAC reporting, consolidating requirements and rationalising duplicate/conflicting reports.
•Own the DataHub (APAC) vision, roadmap, and backlog; act as business Product Owner for the MicroStrategy reporting layer.
•Translate business needs into data and dashboard requirements, prioritise across countries and functions, and manage sprint planning/backlog and releases.
•Lead APAC reporting governance and data quality by establishing standards, KPIs, ownership, and auditable reporting.
•Drive adoption of DataHub dashboards vs offline/manual reports and lead training/change management for APAC super users.

Key Requirements

•Knowledge of BI tools, Datahub, and MicroStrategy (preferred).
•Experience in Data/BI/Reporting.
•Ability to understand dependencies and business impacts, and challenge stakeholders to set priorities.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster relationships.
•Ability to provide trainings and drive super-user teams across locations with limited direct authority.
