Key Responsibilities

  • •Fly to a diverse array of regional ports with hands-on flying and short sectors

Key Requirements

  • •A minimum of 500 hours total flight time in an aeroplane (Preference will be given to candidates who have flown at least 50 hours in the previous 12 months)
  • •An Australian ATPL (A) or CPL (A) with passes in all Australian ATPL Theory subjects
  • •Endorsements for Instrument Approach 2D and 3D on a Australian Instrument Rating - Multi Engine Aeroplane
  • •Level 6 English Language Proficiency on your Licence
  • •A current CASA Class 1 Aviation Medical Certificate
  • •The ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol Test
  • •The ability to pass a Qantas pre-employment medical
  • •The ability to hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
  • •A current passport with unrestricted access to all Qantas ports of call
