Shape the strategic direction of the Encaleret program by leading planning, commercial launch readiness, and forecasting. Key Responsibilities

•Shape and communicate the company’s strategic direction through well-structured presentations that guide prioritization and resource allocation.
•Lead strategic analyses for program evaluation, including discounted cash flow modeling and secondary research (analogs research, epidemiology, claims data analysis).
•Prepare a strategy to guide successful US commercialization of encaleret.
•Develop and deliver executive-level presentations and create high-quality visual materials for partnership dialogue, Board meetings, investor communications, and internal alignment.
•Oversee budget planning and long-term lifecycle planning, collaborating with cross-functional teams (R&D, Regulatory, Finance, Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain) to ensure holistic strategy development.

Salary: USD 249,000 - 330,000 annually

Key Requirements

•2-5 years of professional experience in management consulting (life sciences preferred), post-Series A investing, investment banking, venture capital, equity research, and/or a corporate role in a therapeutics company.
•Proficiency in financial modeling, particularly DCF models.
•Tenure-appropriate understanding of the drug development life science and operating model, including how value is created from discovery to commercial execution.
•Tenure-appropriate understanding of the biotech landscape.
•Exceptional written communication and presentation skills.
