Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement processes to optimize delivery efficiency while ensuring rider satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
  • •Oversee rider equipment, uniforms, and onboarding training; manage rider onboarding and training programs.
  • •Develop KPI dashboards and provide regular performance reports to senior management on rider operations.
  • •Manage rider pay, rider NPS, churn, and early life cycle; oversee rider recruitment and dispatch SOPs.
  • •Lead budgeting, cost control, and project management efforts; drive initiatives to improve financial and operational performance.

Key Requirements
