Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze HSBC business and IT processes to identify gaps and improvements to meet Operational Resilience requirements.
  • •Design and support implementation of resilience solutions, including process improvements and integration into existing controls/testing.
  • •Lead ORCC delivery activities by coordinating requirements, driving actions to completion, and supporting the ORCC pipeline.
  • •Run change interventions (training, communications, adoption support) to embed Operational Resilience across stakeholders.
  • •Maintain delivery governance and reporting, including workflow tracking, status reporting, documentation in JIRA/Clarity, and support ORCC operating model/governance.
