Key Responsibilities

•Assess each student’s starting point and determine needs for ACT prep.
•Create and deliver tailored study plans across English, Math, Reading, and Science.
•Teach core content and test-prep strategies to improve performance.
•Help students build accuracy, pacing, and confidence leading up to test day.
•Set your own hours and rates and host virtual tutoring sessions in partnership with Leland.

Key Requirements

•Experienced tutoring or teaching background.
•Strong ACT performance (typically 90th percentile+).
•Ability to assess a student’s starting point and create a tailored study plan.
•Clear, structured approach to breaking down complex problems.
•Experience with ACT test preparation across English, Math, Reading, and Science.
