Job Summary

Own merchant recruitment and growth for the Indonesia TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Semi-Consignment team. Build and manage a local partner ecosystem by identifying and signing agents, service providers, and tools, then drive joint investment promotion, marketing, and offline events. Partner with BPO and internal sales to optimize the Reach–Interest–Register–Approval funnel metrics. Provide local market insights and coordinate cross-functional projects to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

•Implement merchant recruitment strategies by developing a merchant recruitment plan and acquiring high-quality leads and registered merchants through multiple channels.
•Expand and operate the local partner ecosystem by identifying and signing agents, third-party service providers, and tool providers, and driving joint investment promotion and offline event plans.
•Collaborate with BPO and internal sales to optimize SOPs across the Reach–Interest–Register–Approval funnel and improve recruitment efficiency and conversion metrics.
•Produce market insights and strategy outputs for Indonesia’s e-commerce ecosystem, including localization investment promotion and partner strategy recommendations for decision-making support.
•Coordinate cross-team execution as the key interface for SEMI/SAP local BD to deliver major projects on time and with high quality.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above.
•3+ years of experience in e-commerce/internet business development, channel expansion, or investment promotion (e-commerce platforms preferred).
•In-depth understanding of Indonesia’s local merchant and service provider ecosystems, with a mature network of local relationships.
•Familiarity with platform-hosted or half-service business models, with strong business sensitivity to GMV growth, commission structure, merchant ROI, and retention.
•Fluent Indonesian and English for daily work and external communication.
