Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Supervisor with coordinating daily departmental responsibilities by communicating instructions effectively to team members.
  • •Provide maintenance support with minimal supervision to ensure safe and effective equipment operation.
  • •Perform routine preventative maintenance repairs on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic plant equipment.
  • •Conduct emergency mechanical or electrical repairs as needed and troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime.
  • •Train and grow new technicians, interact with plant personnel to accomplish plant goals, and complete documentation/work orders using basic computer skills and CMMS.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 6 months of industrial maintenance or general maintenance experience documented in the work history section, or completion/degree from a maintenance training program or HVAC training program with documentation, or a degree in a relative field.
  • •Willingness to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs occasionally and lift 20 lbs frequently.
  • •Ability to stand on a hard surface up to 12 hours per day and work in confined and tall spaces, including climbing and ladder use.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot and apply knowledge to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
  • •Basic computer skills to log information, process daily work orders, complete required documentation, and learn/use a CMMS.
