Job Summary

Lead a hands-on WMS support organization for North America fulfillment, overseeing incident/problem management, severity triage, and structural fixes for recurring platform issues. Key Responsibilities

•Oversee and manage North America Operating Cluster WMS Support and Service, including WMS production support for Infios (Koerber/HighJump) Warehouse Advantage.
•Manage end-to-end incident and problem management for the North America WMS platform, including severity triage, root-cause analysis, and structural fixes using ITIL-aligned practices.
•Lead team scheduling and on-call/24x7 coverage across time zones and shifts to ensure technical support staffing.
•Partner with WMS product and engineering to execute QC and integration testing cycles for product release delivery and support product development strategy.
•Drive rollout of WMS implementations and release activations/validations, adopt AI-assisted support tooling, and coordinate deployment/support for hardware and reporting tools.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 165,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years supporting a WMS in RF-based distribution, manufacturing, or e-commerce fulfillment; direct experience with Infios (Koerber/HighJump) Warehouse Advantage is a plus.
•3+ years directly managing analysts in a support or services function.
•Experience owning support KPIs/SLAs and applying structured incident and problem-management practices in a technical support organization.
•Strong proficiency in SQL, and experience with spreadsheet tools (Google Sheets, Excel); familiarity with Snowflake and/or Databricks is a plus.
•Experience planning, managing, and documenting software testing initiatives, plus willingness to travel and adjust work hours for 24/7 operations.
