Job Summary

Provide analytical and operational support to the Supply Chain Operations Management & Data Analytics function by monitoring performance, tracking KPIs, and resolving operational issues. Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports using tools such as Excel and Power BI. Support continuous improvement through trend/risk analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), CAPA tracking, and process standardization across operations, while coordinating with cross-functional supply chain teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist with implementation of new processes and systems, ensuring smooth transitions and prompt issue resolution.
•Monitor and report Supply Chain KPIs (e.g., OTD, Inventory Accuracy, Order Cycle Time, Warehouse Productivity) and support KPI tracking.
•Develop and maintain operational dashboards and performance reports using tools such as Excel and Power BI.
•Support continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies, recommending corrective actions, and assisting with root cause analysis (RCA) and CAPA tracking.
•Maintain data accuracy and provide operational support for ERP/WMS/TMS and other supply chain systems, including issue tracking and system enhancements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration (or related field).
•5 years’ experience in a similar role or within Supply Chain functions.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including developing and maintaining reporting artifacts.
•Power BI proficiency and the ability to analyze operational data, identify trends and risks, and recommend improvements.
•SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS) proficiency and SAP Inventory Management (IM) proficiency; Lean Six Sigma certificate is preferred.
