Job Summary

Help customers unlock the full potential of AMD Adaptive Computing and FPGA technologies in a highly visible, customer-facing role. Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, diagnose and resolve hardware/software and design-flow issues, and lead technical design reviews. Create reference designs, demos, and collateral, deliver training and presentations, and collaborate with ecosystem partners while feeding field insights back to Product and Engineering teams to influence future AMD products.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers across the design, development, and deployment lifecycle of AMD FPGA and Adaptive Computing solutions.
•Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers, partners, and AMD field teams.
•Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, system-level, and design-flow challenges using simulation, emulation, lab debugging, and customer engagement.
•Conduct technical design reviews to optimize designs for performance, functionality, and timing closure.
•Develop reference designs and technical collateral, deliver presentations/workshops/training, and collaborate with ecosystem partners while sharing field feedback with internal teams.

Key Requirements

•Experience with FPGA, SoC, Adaptive Computing, embedded systems, or related semiconductor technologies.
•Strong digital design foundation using VHDL, Verilog, or similar hardware description languages.
•Familiarity with FPGA development flows including synthesis, implementation, and simulation environments.
•Ability to support customer designs through architecture definition, implementation, validation, and optimization.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
