Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete machine feeder tasks including placing product onto conveyors, running routine machine checks, and documenting results.
  • •Perform debone-line cutting and trimming duties (e.g., wing cutter, breast trimmer, breast puller, shoulder cutter) to established specifications.
  • •Handle cone-line duties including placing front halves onto debone cones and transferring product while avoiding missed placements or damaged product.
  • •Support daily operations by performing utility/backup tasks as needed and cross-train across debone cone line positions.
  • •Maintain production flow and operate at required line speeds while complying with safety, food safety, and quality standards.
