Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, maintain, and optimize conceptual, logical, and physical data models in support of initiatives and new data offerings (OLTP and OLAP).
  • •Create and document logical and physical data models including data dictionaries, metadata, and entity-relationship diagrams.
  • •Drive internal customer needs into meaningful effective data models in collaboration with Data Architects, Developers, and Analysts.
  • •Enforce data modeling standards, guidelines, and best practices. Partner with Data Governance when new standards and guidelines are to be developed.
  • •Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in MIS, Business or equivalent work or educational experience required; Advanced degree preferred.
  • •Minimum of 5 years of experience with physical/logical data modeling and database design for both relational and non-relational databases required.
  • •Experience modeling for transaction processing and analytics preferred.
  • •Experience in the banking or financial services industry preferred.
  • •Experience with cloud data platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP preferred.
