Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Mill Maintenance groups with various labour-type tasks.
  • •Conduct all activities safely by following Copper Mountain Mine safety requirements, SOPs, and PPE requirements.
  • •Participate in daily and monthly safety meetings and initiatives to support safety culture.
  • •Perform general housekeeping in the work area.
  • •Take oil samples for preventive maintenance and use steam-cleaning equipment to clean equipment with attention to detail.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 33.19 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED.
  • •Previous manual labour work experience is considered an asset.
  • •Valid Class 5/7N driver’s license and access to personal transportation.
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work alone or with minimal supervision.
  • •Mechanical aptitude and meticulous attention to detail when steaming/cleaning equipment and maintaining a safe, reliable approach.
