Key Requirements

  • •BA in Construction Management, Engineering, or related curriculum plus 6 years of construction project management experience; alternatively AA/AS with 8 years, or HS/GED with 10 years (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Strong experience in core and shell construction.
  • •Experience in high-rise and structural construction.
  • •Experience in ground-up commercial construction.
  • •Proficiency with construction documentation (e.g., RFI, RFP, proposals, change order management) and construction software such as CMiC or Procore; Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Project, Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
