Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide direct oversight of day-to-day clinic operations in collaboration with the Clinical Director.
  • •Oversee clinic environment, vendor coordination, schedules/templates, and compliance documentation for Joint Commission and other regulatory bodies.
  • •Foster a proactive clinic culture by hiring, training, coaching, and developing employees as the clinic expands and new technologies are implemented.
  • •Manage daily care team schedules, PTO, and timecard approval while partnering with medical and clinical leadership.
  • •Monitor and drive practice operations KPIs and maintain accurate, up-to-date data sources in coordination with cross-functional teams.

Salary: USD 95,000 - 115,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years running operations in a high-growth or high-intensity environment, preferably healthcare (SMI, complex ambulatory, high-acuity populations).
  • •Direct experience leading multidisciplinary or cross-functional, in-person teams, including coaching, training, and developing people to improve patient/customer experience.
  • •Track record of building or improving processes, with formal methodology experience (Lean, Six Sigma) a plus.
  • •Comfort working in a fast-evolving environment, including AI-based tools and systems.
  • •Experience with SMI or similarly complex patient populations preferred; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
