Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the People & Talent team to identify high-impact opportunities to apply AI and automation across People Operations.
  • •Build scalable, AI-first onboarding experiences and other automated People workflows.
  • •Develop AI agents and workflows that can answer questions, gather information, initiate processes, and complete defined actions.
  • •Integrate AI systems with existing tools including HRIS, Slack, recruiting, performance, compensation, and other internal systems.
  • •Work with Engineering and IT on architecture, security, access controls, and productionizing successful prototypes.

Key Requirements

  • •Early-career engineer comfortable building, experimenting, and iterating quickly.
  • •Experience turning manual, repetitive workflows into automated, AI-powered systems.
  • •Ability to integrate AI systems with existing internal tools such as HRIS and collaboration/work management tools.
  • •Understanding of designing secure, scalable solutions with human-in-the-loop controls and appropriate permissions.
