Support the Global Ethics Office (GEO) within Global Compliance for the North America region, with flexibility to cover APAC/EMEA. •Provide comprehensive support for GEO personal trading activities across North America, with flexibility to extend support to APAC/EMEA.
•Review employee transaction confirmations, process trades, and analyze statements to identify conflicts in line with the Code of Ethics.
•Perform transaction monitoring, validate trading activity against documentation, and review personal trading pre-clearance requests.
•Support broker governance and reconciliation, including broker account mapping, closure of non-approved accounts, and resolution of data discrepancies.
•Maintain compliance records in STAR Compliance, track KPIs, support internal/external audits, and handle confidential employee information.

•2-4 years of work experience in investment advisor, mutual fund, or another financial services industry, preferably in compliance or regulatory.
•Knowledge of financial products and the mutual fund industry.
•Understanding of trading principles and fundamentals.
•Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to provide timely, practical advice.
•Good oral and written communication skills and confidence collaborating across departments.
