Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrated third party systems.
  • •Lead the architecture and implementation of Salesforce customizations including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, integrations, and platform automation
  • •Partner with stakeholders across GTM and Operations teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
  • •Improve and maintain Salesforce data architecture, security model, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and governance standards
  • •Build and support integrations between Salesforce and external platforms such as MuleSoft, NetSuite, CPQ, ERP, marketing automation, customer support, and data platforms
