Partner with Product & Engineering hiring leaders to manage end-to-end recruitment for product, technology, and IT roles. Serve as the main point of contact for candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle, delivering a strong candidate experience. Use real-time data from Celonis’ ATS and sourcing tools to provide recruitment metrics, market intelligence, and actionable talent insights that shape hiring decisions and talent strategy.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee and guide hiring managers and candidates through the full life-cycle recruitment process for product and engineering roles.
•Act as a strategic advisor to leaders with talent insights that influence hiring decisions and overall talent strategy.
•Partner with regional hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align recruitment efforts with company goals and processes.
•Manage recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers; develop sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, events, and referrals.
•Track and analyze recruitment metrics, provide regular updates to management, and leverage ATS and sourcing tools to improve recruiting efficiency.
