Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and direct supply chain personnel across planning, scheduling, procurement, and inventory control to ensure on-time delivery and assigned inventory levels.
  • •Own the Production Plan from the monthly S&OP process based on sales forecast; analyze planning/ERP data and produce consolidated managerial reports.
  • •Ensure correct planning parameters and transaction disciplines in order execution systems (SAP) to generate proper orders and maintain accurate inventory balances.
  • •Manage material cost and schedule impact of engineering changes; ensure successful implementation and incorporation of approved engineering releases.
  • •Meet or exceed supply chain KPIs (e.g., inventory targets, days on hand, gross inventory, supplier on-time delivery, DPO, cycle count accuracy, invoice on-hold metrics, and cost savings/profit plan forecasts).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 113,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • •Minimum of three (3) years of supply chain management experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Minimum of two (2) years of planning experience.
  • •Minimum of two (2) years of people management experience OR seven (7) years of planning experience.
  • •APICS certification (CPIM, CSCP, or CPM) and SAP/SAP BW experience are preferred.
