Key Responsibilities

  • •Support daily operating and maintenance tasks safely and efficiently alongside the Fine Grind Operator 2.
  • •Maintain high standards for housekeeping, productivity, safety, and environmental compliance at the Fine Grind Plant.
  • •Collect product samples and coordinate with the lab to maintain product quality.
  • •Load customer trucks in a timely, professional manner.
  • •Operate heavy equipment (including a loader as needed) and perform basic maintenance tasks like lubrication, oiling, and inspections; complete required daily/weekly/monthly/annual documentation.
