Job Summary

Manage local real estate and facility operations for Allianz Partners in India, implementing global standards and local regulations for corporate real estate, occupational health and safety, and protection & resilience. Steer budgets, teams, facility locations, transportation activities, and outsourced service providers. Own rental contract management, workspace allocation, building management (energy/water/waste), and contract/tender oversight. Support BCM, crisis response, and physical security programs.

Key Responsibilities

•Implement global standards and guidelines for corporate real estate and facility management and occupational health and safety locally, aligned to local regulation.
•Steer the local real estate and facility management budget, manage local teams, and ensure efficient use of resources.
•Manage local facilities and locations, transportation teams, and external service providers for building and facility services.
•Oversee rental contract management, workspace allocation/adaptation, day-to-day facility management (maintenance, reception, cleaning, security, internal moves), and building management system tracking energy/water/waste.
•Lead local protection & resilience activities including BCM (planning, BIAs, risk impact, recovery, testing), crisis/incident management, and physical security management (access control, evacuations, trainings, event/travel security, fraud management).

Key Requirements

•Degree in business administration or technical studies focused on real estate, or hands-on experience in real estate transaction management and facility management, or procurement.
•5+ years of experience in the commercial real estate sector or procurement functions.
•Knowledge of commercial lease management and procurement of services.
•Experience and understanding of facility management.
•Strong communication and analytical skills, with advanced MS Office knowledge (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
