Key Responsibilities

•Participate in and take a leadership role in software-related projects.
•Prepare and present solution outcomes, make recommendations to increase efficiency and effectiveness, and define success objectives.
•Interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services.
•Lead complex, non-routine problem-solving using cost/benefit analysis and determine appropriate methods and procedures.
•Perform code reviews, participate in setting coding standards, and articulate technical debt with recommendations for software quality improvements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree with 6–10 years of equivalent experience, or a Master’s degree with 3 years of related experience.
•Master one or more high-level programming languages and apply deep knowledge of development tools and design techniques.
•Proven knowledge to design underlying engineering for multiple product offerings and support a small volume of end users.
•Experience working in multiple frameworks (Java, .NET, CSS) and applying software design techniques across SDLC and Agile.
•Capable of code reviews and collaborating with architects to set coding standards while articulating technical debt and recommending quality improvements.
