Key Responsibilities

•Lead the day-to-day management, development and performance of the administration team, ensuring a high-quality service is delivered to customers, clients, and supply partners.
•Oversee planned preventative maintenance administration activities, procurement processes, reporting requirements and stakeholder communications, ensuring work is completed accurately and within agreed timescales.
•Produce and analyse performance data, supporting month-end reporting requirements, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement across the function.
•Manage workloads and priorities while conducting performance reviews, attendance and wellbeing, and supporting employee relations where required.
•Foster strong relationships with clients, customers, service providers, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Key Requirements

•Must have proven experience leading an administration team in a fast-paced environment, with strong supervisory qualities and people development responsibilities.
•Advanced Excel skills are essential for data analysis and reporting.
•Experience with Maximo is highly beneficial, training can be provided.
•Ability to obtain and maintain BPSS Security Clearance.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
