Maintain and set up injection molding tooling for regular plastic component production, including mold changes, machine parameter setup, and shift cleaning/maintenance. Start production according to specified parameters, monitor quality and inspect first pieces with the quality auditor, and troubleshoot technological issues with other departments. Follow internal directives, HSE and code of conduct requirements, maintain 5S workplace standards, optimize work processes, and report results within Tier structures.
