Represent the brand in-store by maximizing sales through exceptional customer service and a strong retail experience. Advise customers on cosmetics products and accessories, recommend and connect customer-specific items, and ensure brand standards with up-to-date product knowledge while minimizing stock loss. Handle POS and billing, process payments, issue refunds/change, and maintain inventory records. Support store upkeep, visual presentation, housekeeping, and security vigilance, including extended hours during sales/festivals.
