Ejecutivo de Reservas (AR)

This role handles guest reservations by informing, selling, and generating reservations in line with policies and procedures to maximize room profitability and deliver excellent service to group clients. It requires knowledge of room features, locations, and hotel services, plus timely quotes and confirmations, updated tariffs, promotions, and adherence to Wyndham standards.
