Key Responsibilities

  • •Own customer support for the Body and Chassis Radar business, including forum/email questions, schematic and layout reviews, and debugging by recreating issues on TI and customer boards.
  • •Own supporting hardware development, including internal/external evaluation kits, application-focused reference designs, and collateral such as evaluation kit guides and customer trainings.
  • •Set HW Applications team priorities based on business goals and track/report support and development activities to leadership.
  • •Develop strategic partnerships inside and outside the business line to enable continuous improvement and effective execution.
  • •Develop, coach, and mentor a team of applications engineers to achieve business goals and build technical expertise.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, ECE, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of relevant experience.
  • •Strong technical and debug skills.
  • •Experience with automotive, radar, and/or RF.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex topics for customers and stakeholders.
