Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival and maintain a positive presence.
  • •Prepare mise-en-place correctly before service and assist in serving food and beverages promptly.
  • •Assist in taking and delivering orders, and clear and reset tables to restaurant standards.
  • •Maintain restaurant setup, cleanliness, and equipment arrangement; report breakages or equipment issues.
  • •Support senior team members, attend briefings/training, and communicate effectively with colleagues while following hygiene and conservation practices.

Key Requirements

  • •6 months to 1 year of experience in a hotel, resort, or restaurant environment.
