Room Attendant

Provide clean, comfortable, and safe guest rooms to ensure 100% guest satisfaction. Clean assigned rooms and suites to brand standards, maintain cleaning protocols, restock amenities, handle trash and linens, and promptly address guest requests or complaints. Coordinate promptly with supervisors on maintenance needs and laundry orders, and secure rooms upon departure. Work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays while following hotel policies.
