Key Responsibilities

  • •Clean assigned guest rooms or suites to brand standards, including beds, vacuuming, dusting, furniture as required, and bathrooms.
  • •Maintain cleaning protocols, including emptying trash and restocking usable items.
  • •Handle guest trays, glass, and silverware appropriately and keep linen closets and supply areas organized.
  • •Ensure guest laundry and dry-cleaning orders are attended to promptly.
  • •Secure rooms upon leaving and notify supervisors promptly of special issues or maintenance needs.
