Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead project management commissions end-to-end, managing large or complex projects.
  • •Act as the key day-to-day client interface to ensure objectives are met and projects delivered on time and within cost targets and quality standards.
  • •Develop and maintain master project plans, schedules, and governance processes for projects.
  • •Manage resource plans, procurement, budgeting, and financial performance against forecasts.
  • •Lead cross-functional project teams, monitor performance using KPIs, manage risk and change control, and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualified (Civil Engineering)
  • •Experience on large scheme projects (£100m plus)
  • •NEC: ECC Project Manager accreditation
  • •Chartered/qualified with ICE, APM, RICS etc is preferred
  • •Associate level role with strong leadership and client-facing skills
