Job Summary

Support and train the production team in implementing the KHMS system, monitor production indicators, and ensure CI & standardization in Blumenau by applying Lean/TPM and root-cause problem-solving methods to improve manufacturing performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Train leaders and operators on the production system, monitor its implementation and quality.
•Train leaders on identifying waste in the production process, continuous improvement tools, and standard documentation to be implemented.
•Assist leaders in analyzing line data to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities and support monitoring of implemented opportunities.
•Train leaders and oversee the implementation of problem-solving tools and root-cause analysis methods (5 Whys for minor issues; RCFA for chronic losses) and monitor solutions.
•Oversee and ensure implementation of the CI & Standardization pillar in Blumenau, ensuring global standards are established and maintained in team routines.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor\'s degree (preferably Engineering)
•Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or processes
•Knowledge of continuous improvement tools: Lean, TPM, and implementation of management routines
•Advanced Excel
•Green Belt is an advantage (advantage) or English proficiency is an advantage
