Job Summary

Lead RTX’s Requisition Services team within Enterprise Services Procurement, ensuring customer requests are converted into efficient, accurate, and compliant order fulfillment across materials, software, and services. Drive process automation and continuous improvement, validate requisition accuracy, oversee creation and release of procurement requisitions in APEX/PRISM/ARIBA/SRM, and manage end-to-end Procure-to-Pay execution through purchase order, receipt, invoice posting, and payment.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify, prioritize, and implement process automation and process improvement across order fulfillment.
•Validate internal customer demands for completeness and accuracy, determining the compliant approach to requisition setup.
•Prioritize creation and release of compliant procurement requisitions in the appropriate procurement system (APEX, PRISM, ARIBA, or SRM).
•Provide requisition issuance oversight and communicate status through purchase order, material receipt, invoice posting, and payment.
•Collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate Procure-to-Pay and identify/manage corrective actions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years relevant experience (or an advanced degree with minimum 3 years relevant experience).
•Experience working with SAP, APEX, PRISM, ARIBA, and SRM.
•Experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Adobe.
•3+ years of experience managing geographically distributed teams.
•Attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and analysis.
