Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee revision and compliance of product requirements specifications based on customer OEM inputs and design drawings.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop products that meet specifications, quality standards, and performance targets.
  • •Conduct testing of new products per Mobility standards, customer requirements, and design engineering specifications.
  • •Own electronic and mechanical responsibility from product concept through launch and ongoing support.
  • •Investigate and validate new materials, define test strategies/procedures for validation and production, and support suppliers and outside design resources as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in product sustaining for electrical and electromechanical products.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related engineering.
  • •Strong knowledge of electronic and electric/electronic products (e.g., small-signal electronics, voltage materials selection).
  • •Good understanding of commercial vehicle markets and environmental requirements with qualification testing.
  • •Bilingual ability in English/Spanish (required).
